MINIMUM CHARGE
There is NO minimum charge or quantities with our Siegel & Stockman.
PRICING
Prices do not include export duties, special handling, shipping or freight charges or sales, use, license, exercise or other taxes with respect to the manufacture, sale or delivery of goods, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer. The prices stated on this pricelist and the Stockman price list are subject to adjustment to Siegel & Stockman schedule of prices in effect at the time of each shipment. All orders shipped in NY state are subject to NY (8.375%) sales tax. Orders shipped to Texas are also subject to TX (8.25%) sales tax.
TERMS
Net 30 days for open accounts. No discount or anticipation allowed. No orders will be shipped without prior credit approval. We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard only, payments with credit card are only authorized when order placed then “forced” upon shipping. For international accounts we accept payment by wire transfer, certified check, or credit card. To established open credit, customer must be approved by Siegel & Stockman credit rating company: Coface North America along with a minimum opening order of $ 850. Sorry, NO COD’S.
Siegel & Stockman requires a 50% deposit on all custom orders, special shape, fabric or fabrication.
PACKING FEE
There will be a 3% packing fee for all Mannequins order due to the extensive product protection.
All orders to be packed individually will be charged a $ 3.00 minimum box fee depending on box size.
SHIPMENTS AND FREIGHT CHARGES
Shipments are made FOB NY. For orders billed to a credit card or an open account, you will be billed exact shipping charges. We may bill freight on separate invoice. For orders placed paid in advance, please include 15% for estimated freight. Goods will be shipped the least expensive way unless specific instructions are included with your purchase order. We prefer truck shipments to be shipped freight collect or 3rd party billing only. Due to size of mannequins and certain display forms, shipment may exceed size limit and be shipped on different Dim/Weight ratio, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ask customer service for further details concerning freight charges of oversized boxes and shipping procedures.
All purchase orders shipped “Express” from our factory in Europe are to the customer’s charge and are FOB point of origin.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for sea transportation.
Air shipments from Europe are usually 4 to 7 days.
Air shipment quotes given by Siegel & Stockman representatives are not binding due to the impossibility to determine exactly how much a shipment will cost coming from Europe.
When providing its own fabric, customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send the fabric to our Paris factory including Duties and Inbound deliveries charges or taxes up to our factory’s doors.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without prior written approval from Siegel & Stockman. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back at customers expense and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
A return authorization (RA#) number must be clearly marked on the return label.

All returns must be in suitable condition for resale. No returns for custom made forms / mannequins
DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your order was received from UPS or DHL , contact your nearest UPS or DHL office (Siegel & Stockman customer service can help you locate it). Do not return your merchandise; UPS or DHL will handle this directly after they make an inspection. If received by truck, and the damage is discovered prior to opening the carton(s), make a note of the damage on both the driver’s and your copy of the freight bill, and have the driver sign both copies. You are now protected. Call the freight carrier directly for an inspection report. If damage is found after opening the packaging, call the freight carrier and request a “Concealed damage inspection report”. Make sure you retain the carton(s) and packaging materials. If the carrier fails to respond within 10 days, call again and also write a letter (send us a copy).
Claim for concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within (5) days of receipt of goods. Please do not refuse any shipments.
Any discrepancies will be rectified by immediately calling our customer service department.
